Mr. Cushing has over 25 years of experience as an attorney in the financial services industry. He joined the firm in 1999. Mr. Cushing focuses on counseling clients in respect of the structuring of private investment funds and assisting with regulatory matters in the United States.

Prior to joining Crow & Cushing, Mr. Cushing worked as in-house counsel at Prudential Financial and held positions in the legal and compliance departments of Prudential’s securities and insurance divisions.

Mr. Cushing is a Public Member on the Orthodontic Review Committee of the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation and served on its Board of Commissioners from 2015 to 2019.
