About
Mr. Cushing has over 25 years of experience as an attorney in the financial services industry. He joined the firm in 1999 and focuses on counseling clients in respect of the structuring of private investment funds and assisting with regulatory matters in the United States.
Prior to joining Crow & Cushing, Mr. Cushing worked as in-house counsel at Prudential Financial and held positions in the legal and compliance departments of Prudential’s securities and insurance divisions.
Mr. Cushing served on the Board of Commissioners and various Review Committees of
the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation from 2013 to
2023.
